Return policy

We hope that you are completely pleased with every purchase you make at Good & Fair Clothing. We will gladly replace any items or refund your money for any defected items you wish to return.  If you are not satisfied with the fit or quality of your purchased item, we are happy to make an exchange for any item in another size, style, or color.

Returns will be made in the form of original payment. 

OK, so we sell underwear…Please understand that we cannot exchange or refund your purchase of intimates, given the nature of these garments, unless they are clearly defective. 

Please note our limitations:

  • Ladies underwear and men's boxers cannot be returned unless defective. Items that have been laundered or altered in any way cannot be accepted for exchange or return. Items must be returned within 45 days of purchase.
  • If we have made a mistake we want to make it right. If your garment is defective or damaged then we want to replace it. We are small, new and a classic “bootstrap” start-up -- which means we are working very hard with a very small budget. G&FC is trying to make the world a better place, and we are thankful for your business.

Shipping policy

Good & Fair Clothing ships your order via UPS or USPS.  You get to choose.  UPS gives us very competitive rates; a swift, trackable service; and base their charging by weight.  USPS allows us to offer you a low cost option if you don't need all the bells and whistles. Our policy is simple: you pay what we pay.  We don’t ever make a dime on shipping.

Please note: We only ship to addresses in the US.  We do not currently ship to PO Boxes.  

We want your package to reach you the first time, so please use a shipping address where UPS and USPS will be able to locate you easily.  Sometimes a work address is preferable.  It’s frustrating for everyone if packages get returned to us because UPS or USPS were unable to deliver.

Privacy and security policy

We hold your personal privacy with the utmost respect and actively protect your information.  We do not share your contact information or any other details with third parties.  We will not fill your inbox with spam, and we try to keep our opt-in newsletter list as up-to-date as possible. We do not store your credit card information in our database.
